Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 and Lenovo E530

Thread needs solution

I am having trouble with the Acronis client to connect a lanovo e530 to RIS. 520's are great as well as other platforms. I've only seen one other E530 problem listed in the forum as a whole.

The console seems to connect to the laptop but then looses connection.
When running the Console from the laptop, it connects but I'm not able to browse the archive.
Trying to restart or shutdown the acronis client hangs the laptop.

Looking for input, TIA.
