Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Build 13544 Hanging does not run USB 3.0
I just received a new Dell E6520 Laptop. After backing up the drivers off the machine. I attempted to re-image the drive using Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Build 13544 using the bootable ISO image that can be downloaded from the website. When I attempt to perform a recovery off an external USB drive (in which I've tried two different one's), it detects the archive, and backup image. It looks like it's going to start okay, and then goes to "Running", but never shows a progress bar or anything. If you hit cancel, it never stops, you have to hit cancel twice, and then it B&R acts as though it cannot see anything again on the USB drive until a reboot is performed. I believe that this laptop is using USB 3.0 ports.
Dell Latitude E6520
Intel Core i3-2310M, 2.10 Ghz, 3 MB Cache
4.0 GB DD3 1333Mhz SDRAM
nVida NVS 4200M 512MB DDR3 Graphics Card
240GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
I have tried going into the BIOS and adjusting configurations such as SATA mode operation, boot sequence, usb power saver settings, etc.
I have also tried using older versions of Acronis. My next step was to see about trying to image the drive via CrossOver Cable to see if it's the USB 3.0 ports that might be causing a problem.
I have ran into a problem where occasionally Acronis Backup and Recovery when booting from the CD gets hung up when a USB Mouse and USB External Drive is connected. Usually, if I disconnect the USB mouse, Acronis will run without problem using the laptop's built in touchpad.
Any assistance on getting Backup and Recovery Workstation 10 build 13544 would be greatly appreciated?
