Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 not able to restore backups

I have a customer that is using Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Build #13762 on Windows SBS 2011 which is being hosted on VMware ESXi 5.0. The backup is being stored on a ReadyNAS Pro 4. I am trying to restore from ANY backup full or diff. I am browsing to the NAS, Right Clicking on the backup i want to restore from and clicking restore. It then comes up and says "Checking Vault" and will never continue.

If i open the Acronis backup andRecovery and goto recover and browse to the NAS and i have an option to "SHOW ARCHIVES" or "SHOW TIB FILES". The archives shows nothing it just spins saying Loading. If i click SHOW TIB FILES i get a list of backups from my Full to Diffs. If i click a Full or Diff it sits at Checking Backup Archive.

Is this product compatible with SBS 2011? Are these known issues? Does anyone have a suggestion on what could be happing? The network is at a full gig and when i test the health and speed of network it looks good, all checks out.

Any and ALL help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Yeap, I've got the same problem...

I'm seeing it on 10.0.12708 on Windows 2008 R2 x64.

I've tried restoring from a TIB that's been backed up to another server similar to what you have with your NAS and got the same thing.

I'll try updating the acronis version to the same as you and perhaps even rebooting.... Tried restarting acronis services but that ended up breaking acronis managed machine service.
