I am trying to backup my server but it is failing. See error below:
Please also note, I cant use the event code website since the software is not spitting out a code.

I have configured the plan to ignore bad sectors but it just hangs there a 0% for hours.

This is a very important server and I need this backup bad.

Any ideas other than me purchasing a new product which we cant afford?
