Hi All,

I had just purchased new IBM X3650 M3 (Model Type: 7945-D4A) with UEFI boot.
I had tried to boot from ABR 11 boot CD, but the server auto reboot itself after ABR loading or loaded the network connection setting. Therefore, I'm not able to do cold backup.

Fyi, I had confirmed the ABR CD is work fine on others server.

Please help ASAP. Thanks!

You have two choice: ask support for linux media for your configuration or create own media based on Win-PE.

Hi Martinez,

Based on ABR 11 doc, PE-based bootable media does not support UEFI. I had also tried "quiet acpi=off noapic", but still failed.
Look like have to request support from Acronis.

Hi All,

Please help.

The Acronis support team advice me to create own bootable media with ABR 11 build #17318. But still no luck.
The downloaded bootable image and own created media is working fine on others server except IBM server mentioned above.
I think Acronis need to do simulation test on the same model server.

Fyi, the IBM X3650 M3 server with ServeRaid M1015 plus M1000 series advance feature key for Raid-5.
