Hi Acronis Team,
I'm currently testing Acronis Backup and Recovery 11, and i'm encountering errors on adding a machine that has Acronis Agent installed on a computer bundled with Acronis Agent Core with Add-ons.

all the usernames uses same passwords,

Down Firewall.
Unchecked simple file and sharing (folder options)
Installation Process:
1. Install management server components, for centralized monitoring
2. Install Storage Node
3. Install Agent, and locate Management Server IP/Management Server.
(!) ways how I input the IP address and credentials for management server.
Option 1: 192.168.1.1 - Username: CORE Password:*****
Option 2: 192.168.1.1 - Username: computername\CORE Password: *******
(!) I tried also extracting components of acronis agent and install, results are still the same.
What could be the cause/reason for this resulting an error?
I attached here the screenshots for error messages I gathered during installation, for reference also, hoping for your response asap.
Thank You,
-- James

Is the user you're using to add the client to the management server in the group "Acornis remote users" on the management machine?

Actually, Yes, here are the rights for the user I used to logged; Acronis Centralized Admin, Acronis Remote Users, Administrator, Backup Operators;
As you can see on my attached screen shots from the last section of error message, Acronis Agent can't locate the Acronis License Server installed on Acronis Management Server, so, I'm wondering why this error message pop though my credentials are accepted, and the IP Address I inserted is the IP of the Management Server,

Try to disable or uninstall any antivirus software on the client and on the management server.
I had the same issue in the past.

I had the same problem. The Acronis Management Server Service was running under the Local System account, and should have been running as a user with permissions to the groups noted above. Change the logon user for this service to be one of your Acronis admin accounts and it may work fine.
