Acronis Backup errors( Backup and Recover 10)

Thread needs solution

Hopefully we can get some help, a client of ours is getting the following errors regarding backups, and under alerts it's stating No Backups were created. I've attache a report file also.

Hello Chris,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum. I will do my best to help you.

This issue is most likely caused by the XML log inside the Acronis logs folder to become corrupted. This issue has been resolved in the latest build of our software. You can also use the solution from this KB article or this specific solution from my posts in this thread.
