Acronis Backup Issues
1) checked "Where To Back Up" column the Archive is showing as "Cannot Obtain information Because Cannot Get Access to Location"
Comments: This option is always back to original although I have selected the location
2) The password for the username and password always missing after I have saved it. See attachment.
Please assist, many thanks

I have the same issue, which is NOT about the display of the password, but about not getting access to the archive, even though initially having supplied valid credentials.
I works for a while, then stops, and the credentials are then missing, and it's impossible to supply them again, because even valid ones will not be accepted.
Checking the supplied credentials takes maybe 5 minutes, which is way too much also.

Could you please kindly try changing the backup location, and in case the issue persists or you do not have an opportunity to do it, gather the following data:
- Where backup is located
- Acronis Info
- Screenshot of the error
