Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 cannot detect secure zone
I have an ASZ partition which I have been using for months (and I can still see and access files within it with partitioning software) but my B & R 10 software can't detect it, and my backups haven't worked for a couple of days. When I start the software, it goes from "Detecting Acronis Secure Zone" to "Create Acronis Secure Zone".
I need to use the one that already exists and has my backups from the past 8 months.

I just did a live chat support call with Acronis support about this case and I've been told Acronis requested some log files of which you have sent them today (around 8-9 hours ago)
Acronis will review those log files and be getting back to you shortly, they will also escalate this case.
