Acronis Backup Recovery 10 management Server with Acronis Backup Recovery 11 agents

Hi, currently all our servers are installed with Acronis Backup and Recovery 10. Recently, we have bought a new server and one of my supplier had quoted us a 3 years Warrently license for Acronis Backup and Recovery 11. He assured us that the license is downward compatibility with ABR 10. May I know how true is this? Does it means ABR 11 license can be use for ABR 10?

For a ABR 10 Management Server, without upgrading my current acronis backup and recovery 10, can i still manage a server with ABR11 agents installed?
