Unfortunately, there is no article in KB matching these error codes (such as 0x00a20025), the rest cant' be translated by e.g. google as it's a picture, and the second forum Support Professional that could understand it as a picture seems to be disappeared from the forum. So you can either provide a some description of what this error means and when it occurred, or contact the support
