Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Tandberg Ultrium 3 Loader error... No media!!!

Hello to ALL.
I would like to know why is the Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 with Universal Restore and Tandberg Ultrium 3, installed on a Windows 2000 Server, giving me the following error each time i try to do a FULL backup:

Task 1: Simple backup task
of Backup 21-01-2009 XX:XX:XX

The drive is not ready. No media in drive.

I loaded myself manually the Ultrium 3 to the drive of our Tandberg Ultrium 3 Storage Loader (a total of 8 tapes)

On the Log Entry Detail for the error i have the following message , bellow, that may be important.
Please i would like some feedback.

the problem is solved.

A simple update regarding hardware drivers and a re-boot was enough.
