Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server Central console backup plans fail with permissions issues.

Thread needs solution

We recently purchased several copies of advanced server to backup our infrastructure by imaging machines. I installed the software and the console on the machine we will be using for management and on one other server as part of the deployment. Then I created a test backup plan in the central management console this job was pushed down to the server but when I tries to run it it failed with the attached error information. Basically it said the credentials were no good. However, if I connected directly to the install and created a backup job with the same credentials it runs just fine. Any ideas what I am doing wrong or how to fix this?
