Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 - Understanding the limitations of trial version

I managed to install the agents on the machines and setup bkp plans, but when I run then, ABR Advanced Workstation returns a message the backup was succesful but no backup was created. Is this normal and caused because we are using a trial version?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum.

The trial version is fully functional for 15 days in Windows and the bootable media supports recovery operations only.

Would it be possible for you to create a screenshot of your backup plan as well as a screenshot of your backup location and this report?

Luckly we're in the trial period yet... I already spent half of the 15 days trying to make the product work to no avail...

Technical support does not have the so called "chat" and the customer is not contacted after opening the case using the normal ways...

Very nice way to conquer a customer...
