Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Workstation bootable media crashes when browsing network
We just installed new workstation version. I created new bootable media and I am trying to restore image from NAS. When we give NAS username/password, Acronis crashes and computer reboots.
Computer is HP 8200 Elite, I have tried burning the cd again, and tried creating bootable USB key. Same problem, we didn't have this issue with version 10.
Any ideas what would help?

Hi
We have the same problem. Latest build of ABR 11 Server bootable media.
Images create fine from 2008R2 Server to the Personal Vault on NAS (Qnap TS 659 NAS which worked fine with ABR 10) using latest build of ABR11 installed in Windows but then when we boot the DVD to try and do a test restore we can browse to the UNC path ok but as soon as you try and access the folder on the NAS with the images it crashes
:(
Can we please get some assistance from Acronis - 10 worked fine in the same network and setup and we URGENTLY need a restore path
Cheers

Hello Marko and AKirk,
Thank you for your reports, we will definitely check them. The situation is not clear for now. I discussed the issue with the development team and we need more information to find out its root cause. Please do the following:
1) Please make sure that you use the latest Bootable Media - 17438, you can download it from your account on Acronis Web site.
2) After that please follow the instruction attached to the post.
3) Please send those files to Support directly.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.
