Acronis boot disc 10 and 192MB of RAM

Thread needs solution

I noticed that Acronis boot disc (with universal restore, created from "Acronis backup & recover 10 Advanced workstation" cannot be booted on machines that have less than 256MB of ram... And I know, there are no more PC with this low amount of RAM, but I was just asking...
... Some of my Virtual machines uses 192 or less MB of ram...
P.S.

Hello Ritter Devil!

Thank you for your post! I understand your concern and will do my best to address it.

Unfortunately you're right, the 256 RAM is a requirement. You can see it stated in the User's Guide, p. 25, 1.6 System requirements. The only way to solve the incompatibility is to add some RAM to the virtual machines when you're using a bootable media on them.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you.
