Hello Yana!
We still do not have the support of B110i
We had hopes for version 11, but this version does not support b110i.
Many popular HP servers use this controller
Why You do not include support this controller?
Many years and many people asked you about this.
For many years we have heard only promises to make this support in the future
I hope for your understanding.

Alex

Hello Alexander Semenov,
Thank you for taking the time to post your concerns on our Forum.
I regret to tell you that we still have not managed to implement support for HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID, however, I can assure you that our Development team is working on resolving this incompatibility. At present, I do not have any details as to the reason for the delay. Please do accept my apologies for the inconvenience resulting from this issue.
As a workaround suggested on our Forum and herein this very thread, you may apply the controllers for HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID by utilising one of the two Bootable Media listed within this Knowledge Base article. This will enable the very same features and operations under the original Acronis Boot Media created with our products.
For any difficulties you may have applying the required controllers feel free to let me know, as I will be glad to be of assistance.
Thank you.

Dear Volkan,
Thank you for your reply.
Half of my servers are remote, and I am unable to insert the physical boot CD.
The HP has a good functionality for remote control (iLo).
That is why crucial function of loading Acronis by pressing F11 at start.
I hope you can understand what I mean.
Unfortunately Acronis does not publish lists of compatible controllers, it is a violation of the rights of consumers IMHO.
I have always believed in the promises of the company to realize this support in the near future, several years have passed, but the promise is not fulfilled.
As a result, we buy the software for big money, but we can not use the full potential of this.
Do you think this is fair attitude of your company to buyers?
Regards,
Alex
