Acronis B&R 11.5 Backup Problem (Latest Build), Fehlercode 41

Hallo,

wir haben auf einem Windows 2003 Server seit kurzen heftige Probleme mit dem Backup,
eine Deinstallation und komplette Neuinstallation wurde ebenfalls schon probiert.
Das Backup erfolgt auf einem NAS-Server, das ganze lief 1/2 Jahr problemlos und auf einmal
zickt es mit dem folgenden Fehler:

ProtectCommand: Ausführen des Befehls fehlgeschlagen.

Das neueste Build der Software ist installiert, der Backupbefehl bricht nach ca. 1 Stunde ab, auf das NAS wurde bis dahin noch nichts geschrieben.

Build 32256 is not the latest for 11.5 , the latest is 38774.
The error you receive is described in the article - https://kb.acronis.com/content/37112 , try the solution from there.

if i check for updates in the programm it tells me it's the latest version ;)
just downloaded the update from my profile and updating, also added the registry-key ... let's see if it works tonight

hi ...
adding the registry value didn't help,
so i uninstalled everything, installed the latest version, added the registry key again, added backup-job
and now it runs again, hopefully it keeps running :)
