Acronis does not detect SCSI tape drive

I would like some assistance with a SCSI Tape drive "Dell Powevault 124T" not detected in Acronis. We’ve currently running Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 on Windows 2008 R2 64-bit. The tape drive is available in Windows Device manager but I don’t have the Tape Management option in Acronis.

I verified there's no Removable Storage service running and no Backup Excec.

2008 R2 has no RSM service and because of this there is a limitation - https://kb.acronis.com/content/4108 - if you need to use it on the Storage Node.

Starting from version 11, it's possible to use tape libraries with Storage Node without RSM service. If you need use an agent of version 10 with it - it's possible, but Management Server and Management Console must be upgraded too. They can't be installed on the same machine with old version.
