ACRONIS DOES NOT RECOGNISE LOGICAL DRIVE IN RAID SETUP

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis 10 Advanced Server - Small Business Server Build#11345
When booting from .iso onto HP Proliant DL160 G6 with HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID Controller I see the two physical disks instead of the one logical drive that's showing as initialised and OK from the BIOS.
Do I need special drivers on the .iso image?

Hello Dave,
Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.
The issue you are experiencing is well-known. Acronis Bootable Media does not support HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID and detects HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID as separate drives.

As a workaround, use WinPE or BartPE media with the Acronis plug-in.
