ACRONIS @)!( DOES NOT SEE MY SATA DISK

Thread needs solution

I'm still struggling with my issue regarding the inability to restore an image.
After running the restore from "strtup recovery manager"or a "boot disk", once I choose the image and press next, I get the message that the image was not found.
At this point I tried using "browse for backups"and I noticed that the hard drive where the backups are is not listed and my cd and dvd drives have been assigned different letters.
Basically at this point True Image can not see my Sata "DS'Drive and as such I can't restore.
please advice.

Hello,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/ | Acronis True Image]]

Since you are unable to add the archives by "Browse for backups" option, it means that the program fails to detect the hard drive properly. What is the exact version of the program you are using? What is the build number? You can check it navigating mouse cursor to upper line of the program then press ALT + left mouse button -> Help -> About.

Please register the license under your account and download the appropriate ISO file to create Acronis Bootable Rescue Media based on ISOLINUX. Many necessary drivers were added too this CD.

You can learn more on how to burn an ISO file to a CD disk here.

Create a new Acronis Bootable Rescue Media, check its functionality and let us know the results.

Thank you.

I too am having a problem with Startup Recovery Manager seeing my SATA drives. I am using True Image Home 11.0 (build 8,101). My license is registered, but I am unable to find the ISO file that you have referenced.
