Acronis Managed Machine Service 10 (Agent dead)

Thread needs solution

Dear All,

Platform: Server08 R2, 2.2ghz, 4GRAM, 250SAS; Acronis Backup and Recovery 10, have at least one VM Instance.

Case:
When the server started, it report the cronis Managed Machine Service is unavailable. When I start the service, the mms process growing up to 1GB RAM, and report it is unavailable, meanwhile the system memory is about 99% full.

When i tried to run backup task, it report unable to connect the host.
Reviewing the host status, Agent offline but VM is running.

Could you please advice how to solve the problem? thanks.

lease check in Windows Event Logs, if the Managed Machine Service crashes or not. If it does, please start the repair installation.

Should it doesn't help, please uninstall the program, use Cleanup Utility http://kb.acronis.com/content/6177 and install the program anew.
