Hi,

i'm getting event id 1000, source application error from "Acronis Backup and Recovery" (Version 10.0.0.11639) while backing up to a Quantum-Streamer.

mms.exe hangs and the Backup-Job fails.

Instead of hijacking an old Thread in this Forum, i decided to open a new one. Nevertheless I'm interested, whether the problem at:

was solved.

Thanks fr your quick reply,

i followed the instructions from http://forum.acronis.com/forum/11200#comment-33142. But where do i have to upload the File AcronisInfo.zip? This file is round about 70 MB (the *.nfo-File >2 MB) an I don't think this Size will be accpeted by the File Attachment Option in this Forum.
