Acronis Managed Machine service is unavaible, cannot connect to localhost

Hi,

I have the problem now.
Cannot connect to 'localhost'.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
While starting Acronis Backup 11.5 this message is displayed.
This version is running on a Windows 2011 standard Server x64

Message: Error: Failed to establish local connection to Acronis Managed Machine Service. Make sure that the service is installed and its status is Started.

No service is installed.

What I have to do? Cleaning with abr_cleanup.exe an reinstall?

This message means that connection to Acronis Managed Machine Service (MMS) failed.
It could have failed because:
1. MMS is not really installed. (you need to reinstall Acronis)
2. MMS is hanging or crashing (it is better to contact Support in this case)
