Acronis = Poor Product, Uncontactable Support. Poor Poor Poor - Stay Well Away

Thread needs solution

I have just spent 50 minutes on hold to the premium support line - We have paid for premium support BTW - in the UK and given up. there seems to be no way of raising a support ticket - all support links end at this forum.
This is so piss poor, I just can't believe I have fell for buying this product.

We have subequently bought shadowcraft for another customer & what a difference. YOU CAN ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A PERSON. What a f**kin revalation. I am really streaming on this one.

Can someone at Acrronis please contact me off forum to sort out my issue this is a joke!!!
