Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange error

Thread needs solution

I am getting an error 'Cannot load dynamic library. The operating system cannot run %1' whenever I load the Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange management console. I have attached a screenshot of the error. I am running the latest build (version 1.0 build 220) and have uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times now. It is running on Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2 with Exchange 2003 SP2.

Do you have any suggestions or requirements for this software that I am unaware of?

Please obtain the below information and create an e-mail request or contact Live chat service available on [[http://www.acronis.com/support |this page]], under Contact us click on the Start here button and follow the step-by-step guide.

1) 1. Download [[http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/ProcessMonitor.zip | Process Monitor]] and run it;
2. Reproduce the issue without closing the utility;
3. Click File ->Save in the main Process Monitor window; please save the file very quickly, this will help to reduce the size of the file;
4. Select All events and save the log file in the PML, CSV or XML format.

2) Please obtain the respective event log file, you can learn more about it [[http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308427 | here]]

3) 1. Download the [[http://download.acronis.com/support/AcronisInfo.exe | file]];
2. Run the downloaded file.
The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.
