I tried those steps and it still does not work! I do recall it working correctly in build 10.0.11.xxxx.
Maybe in the next update it will be fixed, but I doubt it. I guess I will have to find another solution/product.
thanks

Hi Jimmy,
I entirely understand your concern, and I'd be glad to help you with it. I will entirely understand should you decide to leave things as they are, but should you decide to give it a try, please let me know the exact sequence of steps performed - this may shed the light to the issue cause, and help us to find an appropriate solution for it.

I have installed two different builds of ABR v10 and build 11639 displays the boot options and build 12703 does not. The RIS image was created the same way on both test installs. Build 12703 has an issue creating RIS boot images or so it would seem.
The attached image was taken from build 11639.

Exact same problem, exact same versions. This used to work but isn't with the latest product. Boot off the RIS server and select acronis all fine.
Boots to the acronis media and there are no menu items !!

Now, if they would just fix it and then let us know, that would be great.

Hello all,
Thank you for your feedback and patience.
I have some additional information about this issue with a workaround that can make it work with the latest builds.
Starting from build 12457 our bootable media does not work on a RIS server. We are currently working on resolving this and as a workaround you can install an older build of our media builder. Please check this article that we just released for details.
If you need additional help, please let me know.
Thank you.
