Acronis Scheduler2 Service persists afer deinstall
I have an SBS2003 server on which ABR10 was installed for testing.
It has now been removed using the Acronis deinstall supplied, but the Acronis Scheduler2 Service still exists. There is nothing further to remove in 'Add/Remove Programs', and I have have run the abr_cleanup,exe utility which reports that there is nothing to do.
What is the correct procedure to safely deinstall this service?

Hi, Redmutts!
Thank you for the information provided!
In order to remove Scheduler traces, please download Acronis Scheduler Manager, run it (double-click on it) and execute the below commands:
- service stop
- service uninstall
- service exit
This should help to resolve the issue.
Should the problem remain, please contact our Support directly: they will ask you for a remote session and look into the system to remove the rest of the components.
Thank you!
