Acronis True Image Home 2009: Droid Phone

Thread needs solution

For some reason while I have Acronis True Image Home 2009 loaded on my Win XP system I will not get a Mobile Device Folder (assigned drive letter, to access/exchange data on my Droid Phone). The computer sees the phone and I'm able to charge it. In Device Manager the Phone appears as a Generic Volume (FAT 32, is the format) with the device conflict exclamation.

I'm unable to assign a drive letter in Disk Management (the computer sees it there as well, but does not populate a usable folder). I have to completely remove Acronis to mount my phone on my computer so that its recognized.

I'm having the same issue with my Droid. I would like to avoid having to uninstall Acronis. Would appreciate a quick fix or a work around.
