Short update: Same happened as I now upgraded to Acronis 11 - anyone else seen this issue?

Hi Endurance
I have not seen backup plans being lost between every ABR updated myself, there could be some issues that need fixing, contacting Acronis support direct might be the best option if no one else can offer any feedback.
It might be good to uninstall, perform a cleanup then a fresh install as there might be some underlining issues with your system/installation. But it would still be best to contact support and get this looked into and if a cleanup is required they can talk you though it and provide the required files/links..etc..etc..
