AMS v11 trying to Install ABR Workstation v10

Thread needs solution

When using the Centralized Management Console to push out v10 ABR Workstation it fails because its not asking for any license info. (or at least based on the log thats the way it looks)

The MSI log error: 1: MSIGEN:MsiMultiCheckSerial: Failed to connect to the license server.

Any idea how we can get the agent installed?

Please ensure that you are using the latest build for your Product. The latest for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 was 13762. If not used, please download and install the latest build.

For your Acronis License Server problem, please look into this article in our knowledge base. I suggest entering the IP address into the corresponding registry path to fix your problem.
