Another issue: all the machines are grey

Another issue with ABR10AW. After rebooting the Acronis server, now all the machines in the list are grey, and the policies are no longer applied to them. This is the error message:

The "Last Connection" column is not up to date. It reports the time before the server restarting. All the Acronis services are started.
