Hi,

we get a "another task is already in progress" failure when we try to backup a virtual machine running on esx4 server.

Solved!

The Problem was the ESX4.0 Host.
We restarted the VMWare MGMT Services by doing:

"service mgmt-vmware restart" in a SSH Session on the ESX4.0 Host.

Hopefully i can help somebody with this.
