Application of backup policy fails

Wow sorry, I just really don't know much about Acronis. I'm working with Version 10 update 4. I've re-added a VMWare physical machine. It now has one Windows based VM. When I view the VM in this screen [AMS Name] -> Virtual Machines -> [VMWare server DNS name], the [VMWare Machine Name] reports it is in an error state. The log repeats the following sequence (changes time of course):

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum. I will definitely help you with resolving this issue.

Most likely it occurs when the Acronis agents cannot access the Acronis Storage Node by DNS. Please remove Acronis Storage Node from Acronis Management Server and re-add it using IP address. You can use this Knowledge Base article as a guide.

It is a multi-homed host, if that helps.

I can't find any obvious DNS issues.

But, ya know, I did have to change one of the user's (AMS User or ASN User) to get around some other error.
