ASYNC: Exception has occurred during operation 'Step'

Thread needs solution

I next warning about every few second on my management console (SUFLACRP101).
We're running version 11.0.17318.
I already called the support from Acronis. There i get the advice to upgrade (like in every call i make).
After each upgrade that i have done, the issues i had were still not resolved.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hello Pieter,

Thank you for using Acronis Products.

I found in your account only trial licenses and a trial subscription for Acronis Online Backup.

Unfortunately, the time to run the trials is running out long before your post. If you have a full product license, then please register them in your or any other account.

I also recommend upgrading to Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 version, as this is our live version and if you run into problems there, we will provide fixed versions for that.

The error message, you posted include not enough information to investigate here.

So please clarify first, in which circumstance this error occurs and if you can decide to use the latest version of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 (build 32256). The latest build for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 is 17440.

Let me know if you need additional help please.

Thank you.
