ATI 9.1 SMB Backup stopps at 100% and does not finished

Hi all,

given Situation:

1. We installed Acronis True Image Echo for Small Business Server without Backup of Workstations.
2. It works fine for 10 month.
3. We installed Backup for five Workstations.
4. License Server did not accept the keys for the Workstations.
5. We got a update for the License Server and istalled it.
6. From that update on from time to time scheduled Tasks were completed up to 100% but not realy finished. Services had to be stopped manually and restarted, but again it stops at 100%. Reboot will not help.
7. Sometimes a manualy started Task will finish.
8. We installed the latest Build nothing changed.
9. We deinstalled parts of the ATI or the whole Suite and installed again but the Problem persists.

I have seen in the Forum some Threads with similar problems but neither solution works for me.
As I have no clue how to proceed I need some help - anyone out there who have an idea?
