B en R virtual edition Stopped working for 2 Machines

I tel the problem.
I have a Virtual Edition installed including AMS station.
The virtual machines are running Hyper-v with Shared Cluster volumes. (not supported)
So the licensing of acronis Virtual edion allow to backup all VMs on 1 host.
But thats not working wel if you use the hyperv agent it fails as expected, because the snapshot cannot be taken from the Shared Cluster Volume.
So after contact support acronis it says , "You need to install the agent manualy to the VMS"
Ok lets do it, but now the Licence give only permit to install the agent on 1 VM ?
the other vms are stopped after 30 days ?

So what to do ?

It should allow you to install many agents inside VMs with one virtual Edition license in this way - it allows 99 VMs per one host with license. Did you revoke the license that was used when you installed the agent for Hyper-V? Two cluster nodes sharing one CSV probably counts as two hosts.
