Hello Bob,

I will do my best to solve the issue but first please clarify the following.

1)      The exact title of the program and the build number.

2)      Attach log file of the error message to your next reply (Tasks and Logs -> Logs -> Right-click the log file -> Save).

3)      According to the last lines of the log you have attached there is not enough free space on external drive. Have you checked if it is enough room for next incremental backup on external drive?

4)        Have you tried to perform manual backup to external drive? Is the issue persists?

Let us know as soon as possible.

Looks like it was my own fault I mistook the drive letters (I: instead of J:) sorry to have bothered you
Bob
