Backing up User Application Data

I've setup a backup policy backing up specific files/folders. This policy runs under the Acronis Service Credentials. One of the folders I would like to backup is the application data folder of the currently logged in user.

I've tried using the %USERPROFILE% variable but instead of backing up the current user's Application Data folder, the policy backed up the Acronis Agent User's application data.

Is there a way to add this to the policy? I know I can specify ALL PROFILES FOLDERS but I don't want to backup unnecessary files. Obviously, entering the exact path to a user's folder does not work in a policy deployment.
