Backup and Recovery version 10 build 11345 Acronis Managed Machine Service stopping.

Acronis Backup Recovery 10 Management version="10.0" build="11345".
Acronis Managed Machine Service keeps stopping or crashing.
Have ran repair - still same issue.
Have uninstalled - removed directory - cleaned up registry - reinstalled - still same error.

When starting Acronis receive the following error:
Cannot connect to 'localhost'.

Message: Error: Failed to establish local connection to Acronis Managed Machine Service. Make sure that the service is installed and its status is Started.

Message:

Code: 65,520(0xFFF0)

Does it behave in such way on some particular machine, or began to stop since some time ago? Anyway, it may be a valid reason upgrade to the latest build - 13762.
