Looks like with the add-on pack for True Image I can get universal restore which is also a feature of backup and recovery workstation. Other than one being marketed for SOHO use and one for business use, what are the differences between these two products for someone who needs to use them for 3 PC's and does not care about the money difference??

Support programs (1 month 12*5 vs 1 year 12*5 or 24*7 included, ~20% of base price for another year maintenance renewal) + PPI for either and upgrade policy (free within the first month, then ~50% vs free with active maintenance).
