Backup Consistently Fails to Start

Thread needs solution

I keep getting the following error every time I launch a full backup...

My personal vault location is a mapped drive...R:\Acronis\6820S. The account used for the plan's credentials does have full access to the vault. Any ideas what's going on?

Most likely the issue happened due to it cannot follow the path specified. Could you please try UNC path instead of using is as mapped drive?
