Hello Joseph Finnegan, Saravanakumar E,
thank you for your postings.
Please update Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 to the latest build 13762.
The issue you've faced was reported in the early builds of Acronis Backup and Recovery 10, but the fix is present in the last builds.
Thank you.

Dear Anna,
I just stumbled across this post while looking for a solution for the exact same problem, albeit on Acronis 11 build 11.0.17311.
The chronology of events and the messages are exactly identical to the case above.
Could you please advise if the solution could be related to build version and any suggestions for a smooth recovery would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
B/R,
Sreeduth
