Hi,
I've the below 4 errors when performing the backup, please advice. Thanks

1) Operation has completed with errors.

2) Failed to initialize server.

3) Feature is disabled.

Error code: 0x640012
FeatureName = "FEATURE_ATIE10_BACKUP"

4)Task 'Full backup' failed: 'Error occurred while running the backup and recovery engine.

Hi Max

The third point above seems to point to a licensing issue (Feature is disabled). Please could you get the licensing of your ABR11 agents (Help --> Change License).

If a license is missing you can assign or enter one for this client and should allow your backups to work.
