Backup Failed - Need Help

Thread needs solution

I am a new user of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11, and previously I just purchased the software with 6 licenses.
I have 6 windows server to backup (all Windows 2003 Server Standard). Installation has been completed without any issue since it is just a straight-forward process. I am backing up all servers to a single storage node over the LAN.
4 of the servers resides in the same domain as the backup server, and all backup jobs associated with these 4 servers were fine. However, another 2 servers which resides in the different domain were having some issues.
FYI, all 6 servers are in the same ip address range.

Appreciate if somebody can help me in troubleshooting this issue, and maybe pin-point to me whee to start.

Thanks very much.
Cheers,
NIK

Hello Nik Mohd Nazif Nik Wan,

Welcome to our forum. I am happy to assist you.

In order to get access to the other domain, you have to specify the domain admin from your destination domain. You should use the domain\user notation in every login and user credential window. In addition, you should use IP addresses or FQDN names of your Acronis Storage Node or Acronis Management Server.

Find complete documentation in this online help.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.
