Backup Fails

Thread needs solution

I am running APR 10. The backup is backing up to an external USB drive. The backup job ran for approx. 2 weeks successfully, but now fails due to user account locked. The account within the job is the administrator account, and it is not locke in activie directory. What is the cause of this error and how do I solve the issue?

I am unable to find the exact reason of issue without the log file of the failed operation. Please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.0 Server for Windows (#11133). If the build number differs from the latest one, please download and install the latest build. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

Please update the program and see if the issue remains. If the issue still persists, please obtain the log file of the failed operation and attach the file to your next post:

- Launch the program;

- Connect Management Console to the Agent;

- Choose the log entry that contains errors;

- Click on the diskette icon Save all to file;

- Specify the location you want to save the file to;

- Attach the file to your post.
