Backup fails to execute

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to run a backup to a Tandberg QuikStor USB device. Every time I try to run the backup I get this error. It's the first time I've tried Acronis Backup & Recovery.

TOL: Failed to execute the command. The 'Backing up' command backs up the specified data to the specified location.

Is there anything else in logs under 'events' switch position? Or in logs of particular failed activity -- select backup plan, open 'history' tab, double-click failed activity, its detail will open, select 'log' section.

Any ideas or should I try a different backup program. I'm told Arcserve and Backup Exec are the best on the market.

I've fixed the issue. I uninstalled Acronis and installed Symantec Backup Exec. Works like a charm now.
