Hello friends , 

I am having Acronis Backup & Recovery it was working fine , but in last days started having problem with the jobs it stops in the bigining or it run for some time and stops. 

the backup size around 1TB , content of full backup for hyper-v that contains exchange and database server and domain controller. 

hier is the error messages that comes :

As I can see from the error messages, there's some problem with the snapshot creation.

Please follow the VSS Troubleshooting Guide article from our Knowlege Base to troubleshoot this issue. 

Please note that the latest build of the product is #44421, while according to the message you're using the #32266.

As Acronis continually develops and improves its products, it is a good practice to regularly install the latest updates.

The latest update can be installed over the existing version. You can find more information about it in this article.

You can download the installation file from your account after registering the product.
