Backup Log Files Details

Thread needs solution

I am trying out the 15 days trial Acronis Backup and Recovery for Windows Servers.
I perform a scheduled Daily Full Backup of everything, it indicated "Completed Successfully
with Warnings". When I check on View Log and View Details, there isn't any statement on
the warnings part. Is there log file which I miss where it show the reason on Warnings as
I like to know is it because of some open files not being backup. Pls advice. Thks.

You can find logs files in the following folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImage\Logs or send us Acronis Info from the problem PC - we will review all the details of product configuration and performing and will find out why and what went wrong.

Sorry that I did not menton I am running AB&R on Windows Server 2008 R2.
I managed to find the folder under Users\....\AppData\....\Acronis\TrueImage\Logs, but
inside Logs folder just empty without any file. I think is important to know which are
the files that were skipped without backup up - is that the reason "Successful with Warnings".
