Backup Log has errors
I just installed a trial version of Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 and schedule Incremental Backups to run on m-t-w-t-f and Full Backups on Saturdays. Yesterday was the first incremental backup which was really a full backup since it was the first time any kind of backup was running. I am backing up folders on the local hard drive, this is a windows 2003 server, when the backup was up to 92% complete (total backup size is about 200gb), i got an email saying that the backup required user interaction....I logged in to the server opened up the backup program and saw a messages that said something like 'file on disk cannot be accessed'....so I hit "skip all" and the back up continued and finish but my concern is that not all files got backed up...note that these files are not OS files..they are word, pdf's, mpegs, pictures etc...When I saw the log i did not see details on the skipped files, I did see a message that said "failed to read snapshot"...not sure what that means or if it is related to the skipped files...attached is a report file and the log files....any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to be 100% sure ALL FILES are backed up

Thanks for the reply...I rant he check disk command and instructed, I had to reboot for the command to run....after the reboot (i rebooted also once more) I now have a new problem...i get a message on the system tray that says "Acronis Managed Machine Service is unavailable" ....if I go to services and I try to restarted I get a messages that says "could not stop under the allocated time" or something similar to that.....the start up type is "automatic" for the Acronices services and the logon for the Acronis Managed Service is using the Adminsitrator credentials....if i try to start up the backup program i get an error message that has to do with the service not being available...here is a screenshot: http://clip2net.com/s/1tK0o

Update: Apparently the USB hard drive that I was using for backups was having some issues, after those issues got resolved Acronis is backing up the files as expected. I do have a question in regards the log.....I do not want to have a full log emailed to me due to the size but I would like to review the log for the backups that ran but I am not able to find the log anywhere....If I click on the log option it only says "the backup job completed successfully".....but where can I see a log where it actually shows every single files that got backed up? I just do not see that option anywhere. I apologize I am very new to Acronis
Also I have a strange error message which I am not sure what it means....please see attached

Hello Carlos!
Thank you for your reply, and for keeping me posted, I appreciate it.
The error you've received can be safely ignored: it's a scheduler notification. Usually it happens when there are traces of the deleted task in the registry. It can be easily solved: we have a solution specified in this KB article. It lists ABR10 as a target product, but the solution is also applicable for ABR11.
Unfortunately the log will not show you what files were backed up, as it works a bit another way: when you're running the backup of the drive, the software backs up not the files, but the information about the sectors placement on your drive.
Acronis product creates the snapshot, which is a copy of your hard drive sectors, and divides it to several parts, and after that assigns a checksum to each part. When it starts to backup, it verifies the checksum of the snapshot with the checksum of the respective part on your drive.
As far as I understood from your last message, the issue with the Managed Machine Service is gone?
Let us know if you have any questions or my response is confusing, I will be glad to clarify.
Thank you.

Thanks for the link to the KB article, I followed the instructions and I did not see the error message again today after last night's backup.
Yes the issue with the Managed Machine Service is gone.
Thanks for the clarification about the backup log.....so how can i bet 100% sure that all the files were backed up? I have notification configured so that I get an email......so as long as I get an email that says:
"Incremental backup Task completed successfully.Description : It is an incremental backup creation task (custom scheme)."
Does that mean that everything got backed up properly?

Hello, I was starting to feel confident with Acronis but last night once again the backup failed, I do not know why as the log doesn't tell me........Please see attached Acronis log and Acronis report. I tried running the AcronisInfo file and at the end i got a message to provide support with file located in C:\AcronisInfo.zip but when I went to that location that file was not there.
If you can please tell me why backups run only sometimes that would be great. I hope the attachment will help.
Thanks
